Orders & Account

How do I place an order?

Select your item, color and capacity, then complete checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process fast. If you need a change, contact us within a few hours and we’ll try our best. After shipment, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.

Where is my order confirmation?

Check Spam/Promotions or search “AurumCup”. Still missing? Reach us and we’ll resend it.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take? Timeline

Processing: 1–3 business days.
Delivery: typically 7–15 business days depending on location and carrier capacity. Remote areas may take longer.

A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes—AurumCup ships to most countries. Options and rates appear at checkout. If your address isn’t supported, contact us.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Track your parcel in real time via the link we email after dispatch.

My order shows “Delivered” but I don’t have it.

Check with household members and neighbors, and look around safe-drop areas. Carriers sometimes pre-scan “delivered” up to 48h early. If it doesn’t turn up, contact us for help.

Taxes, duties & customs

Your country may collect VAT/GST or import duties. These are determined by local authorities and, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What’s your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start by contacting us. Return shipping isn’t refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Received a damaged or wrong item

We’re sorry! Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 3–7 business days to post the credit after we process it.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes—if you want a different color/capacity, contact us and we’ll guide you through a quick exchange.

Warranty coverage

Manufacturing defects are covered. Normal wear, scratches, or accidental damage aren’t covered. Think your item is defective? Tell us with photos and your order number.

Product & Care

Are your bottles BPA-free?

Yes—food-contact components are BPA-free. Many models use double-wall stainless steel with vacuum insulation for temperature retention.

How long do bottles keep drinks hot/cold?

Performance varies by model and capacity. Insulated bottles typically keep beverages cold for many hours and hot for several hours. For best results, pre-chill/pre-warm and keep the lid closed.

Dishwasher safe?

Hand-washing is recommended to preserve finish and seals. Use mild soap and a soft brush. Avoid bleach, chlorine, and abrasive pads.

Will the bottle sweat/condense?

Double-wall vacuum insulation minimizes exterior condensation, helping your bag or desk stay dry.

Is it leak-proof?

Lids are designed to be leak-resistant when closed properly. Avoid carbonated beverages in sealed containers; keep hot liquids away from children.
